A State or Region Director may issue a maximum suspension of one year from the date of incident. Suspension must be sent by registered mail to address listed on Official Team Roster. Suspension beyond one year must be ruled on by PAC. Player may appeal suspension to Region Vice President if issued by State Director or Executive Director if issued by Region Vice President.
