1) How do I get a password?

Click on "get your password" and enter your team name and the e-mail address your team is registered with. (usually the coach/manager's e-mail). A password will be sent to the e-mail address entered - use this to login with.

2) What if my team does not have an e-mail address in the system?

Contact your state director for him/her to put your e-mail address in the system. Find your state director's contact info by going to "State Links" then click on "directors" on the left of your screen, your state director will be the first director listed.

3) Once I am logged in how do I fill out my team roster?

Simply add and delete players and their info then click "update roster."

4) How do I print my roster?

Click Print Roster once your roster is filled out completely- You must set your printer to print in landscape, and your roster will print out and be ready to be signed by all players.

5) Do I need to give a paper copy to an ISA tournament director?

Yes, you must give a copy to your tournament director - filling out a roster on-line, having it signed by all players and giving it to your tournament director makes it your official ISA roster
6) My password is not being sent, what should I do?
Most likely the email is being sent to your Spam Folder. Be sure to add admin@isasoftball to your address book or check you Spam/Junk folder. If that is not the case, then your email address is incorrect in our system. Please contact your State Director for help.
